The new season is almost upon us, and many clubs have released their new home, away, and third kits for the 24/25 season.

We've scoured Europe to compile our favourite kit designs for the upcoming football season.

Nike and Adidas, the fierce competitors that they are, have pulled out all the stops to create instant classics.

The increase in demand for vintage and retro shirts, with more and more fans opting to spend similar amounts of money for a classic shirt as opposed to the latest version, has rattled kit manufacturers.

This year, the big football kit designers and manufacturers are responding to this trends in fan behaviour by producing retro-inspired shirts.

Here is our definitive list of the best new football kits for the 24/25 season:

12. Liverpool Nike Away Shirt 2024/25

Liverpool and Nike have put out another iconic Liverpool shirt with the new away shirt for 2024/25.

The shirt is a more stripped back away kit this year, with Nike and Liverpool opting for a sophisticated black shirt with a stunning green trim.

11. Barcelona Nike Home Shirt 2024/25

The new Nike home shirt for FC Barcelona is luscious. The slick, simplistic half-and-half design with the tradition Barça colours with the badge in the centre of the shirt is beautiful.

The shirt comes with a gold Spotify logo with text, which has caused confusion amongst fans, as the players will wear a version with just the Spotify logo without the text.

Nevertheless, this shirt is one of the best Barcelona shirts ever made, and comes with a minimalist badge of Catalonia on the neck of the shirt.

10. Juventus Adidas Home Shirt 2024/25

The Juventus Adidas home jersey for the 2024/25 season is one of the slickest Juve shirts in a very long time.

Adidas have designed a very suave-looking shirt, with intricate Juventus-inspired details woven in to the fabric of the shirt, making it an incredible special kit.

9. Inter Miami Adidas Third Shirt 2024/25

The new Inter Miami away kit by Adidas is a one of a kind. Influenced by the colours of Miami, specifically the 1980s hit TV series, Miami Vice, we think this jersey is one of the nicest new kits of the 2024/25 football season.

8. Arsenal Adidas Away Shirt 2024/25

This black Adidas Arsenal Away Shirt is simply beautiful. The shirt itself has a feel of the Ajax Bob Marley special kit, which was also designed by Adidas.

This Arsenal away kit pays homage to the African diaspora and those of African heritage to call London, and Arsenal, home.

7. Manchester City Puma Home Shirt 2024/25

The Manchester City home shirt by puma bears the numbers 0161. The numbers are a jibe to their neighbours, Manchester United, as 0161 is the area code for all Manchester phone numbers in the city.

A statement by Puma, which is backed up by the design. The slick collars and sleeves, with the same numbers in a pattern, makes this Man City kit a must-own.

This could also be Pep Guardiola's last season at the Etihad, and buying this stunning Puma kit for the 24/25 season would ensure that you own a little piece of footballing history.

6. AC Milan Puma Home Shirt 2024/25

This new AC Milan 2024/25 home jersey, designed by Puma, might be the best shirt produced for the Rossoneri by the German manufacturers.

The slick design with a white collar allows the stripes and colours of Associazione Calcio Milan to stand out.

Newcastle and Adidas have produced some of the most iconic football kits of all time.

After a 14-year hiatus, Adidas and Newcastle United team up again for these two stunning kits.

The third-kit also makes the list, with the design also a reimagined design of the stunning 99/00 Newcastle away shirt, with the green and white giving it a sophisticated look.

4. Adidas Manchester United Home Shirt 2024/25

Adidas and Manchester United have gone back to basics with this already timeless home shirt for the 24/25 season.
